Today I have just received my first small delivery of  wooden boxes (trinket/ciger/small storage) all in their raw basic state waiting for pyrography. I am starting my first design now...a horse trinket  box.  I hasten to add these are from a Dutch company in the Netherlands so are not locally sourced. I have just ordered some shaped Sycamore blanks from a little company I have found in the Yorkshire Dales, so I am hoping they will be perfect for me to buy more from in the future.

Michele Minunno is a trainee Vet and Dog Trainer in southern Italy. He has lived alongside stray and feral dogs all his life and his approach to his work is greatly influenced by his experiences with these dogs. He runs communication groups with the help of ' Teaching Dogs', two of his own dogs being his main Teachers. Both of these dogs were abandoned before they met Michele, and have proved to have the most amazing teaching skills.

Michele has studied groups of dogs (and the difference between the various group structures and dynamics) that reside at the Veterinary University close to where he lives. He continues to watch and care for them daily, and in so doing he is also learning from the best teachers of all – the dogs themselves.  

With a few friends, he now dedicates his spare time to caring for and rehoming some of these dogs. Not all of them can cope with living in a domestic environment and the dogs that cannot be rehomed are watched over by Michele and his dedicated team of friends on a daily basis. All costs are covered by Michele and his friends. They have named their team "CANI LIBERI" .
